getting ready for bed.........it's been a busy few weeks. So here is some random tid-bits until i get a chance to really post.
+Just got back from Mobile..........Ingrid got married this weekend, woo hoo!
+Just found out a highschool buddy is getting married in May.
+Recent purchases: Depeche Mode: Singles album 2, Boondock Saints (movie).
+Went to the Fairhope Art Festival with Docia and Cody. Good times. Munched on a seafood gyro (so good!) and water, then had an amaretto latte and white chocolate macadamia cookie later in the afternoon. Met this amazing lady who creates micro religious mosaics inside antique pocket watches. She has an amazing story that really encouraged me........ www.watchmedesigns.net
+Currently reading (very slowly-you know my attention span for reading) Daybook: A Journal of an Artist by Anne Truitt and Passion and Purity by Elisabeth Elliot.
+Current scent (thanks to Dosh): Ginger Essence by Origins
+German phrase for the day (I've only done two lessons-yeah, I'm a slacker): "Das tut mir leid" (dahs toot mere lide). Translation: "I'm sorry to hear that."
Everyday Cindar usage:
Person: "There is too much chili on my foot long Coney dog."
Cindy: "Das tut mir leid"
HA!
+Passages that really hit me this past week: Psalm 27:5, Matthew 6, Matthew 7:13-14, Isaiah 32.

Sounds like a blast in Mobile. Are you going to Gemma's wedding? I hate I will miss it. Happy for Ingrid. I wish I had a seafood gyro. Actually, I wish I knew how to cook more stuff from scratch, and then I could make my own seafood gyro. There is plenty of seafood here, just different stuff than in the Gulf, and I have no idea what to do with it. Fume (smoked) Salmon is all the seafood I can find to eat that is already cooked, and, of course, canned crab meat. When language learning is not kicking me in the tale, I will have to be brave and try out a recipe or two.
Ok random typing about nothing. Glad you are out there listening.
